Who We Are
Care That Fits Your Life, Not the Other Way Around
Anu Health and Wellness is an in-home care company serving Greenville and the surrounding Upstate South Carolina communities. We help individuals remain safe, comfortable, supported, and as independent as possible in the place they most want to be — their own home.
Most of what we do is non-medical in-home care: personal care, companionship, respite for family caregivers, and everyday support that makes staying home realistic. For individuals whose needs require nursing care, we also offer Private Duty Nursing, provided by appropriately licensed nursing professionals.
How We Help
Two Kinds of Support, One Standard of Care
Families come to us at very different moments. Some need a few hours of help each week. Others need nursing care at home. Understanding the difference is the first step, and we will walk you through it.
In-Home Care
Everyday support with bathing, dressing, meals, companionship, mobility, housekeeping, errands, and daily routines. Provided by trained caregivers. This is the right starting point for most families.

This service is distinct from our non-medical in-home care.

Why Anu
What Makes Our Care Different
Nurse-Founded
Anu was founded by a Registered Nurse, and that clinical understanding shapes how we assess needs, build care plans, and train our team.
Individualized Care Plans
Every plan starts with a conversation about the person, their routines, and what matters to them — never a preset package.
Carefully Matched Caregivers
We consider personality, experience, and preferences, and we work toward consistency so clients see familiar faces.
Clear, Responsive Communication
Families should never have to chase an answer. You will know who to call, and you will hear back.
Dignity in Every Interaction
Care is personal. We treat every client, every home, and every family with respect.
Accountable Oversight
Care plans are reviewed and adjusted as needs change, with supervision appropriate to the level of service provided.
Getting Started
Starting Care Is Simpler Than You Expect
Reach out
Call or send a request. Tell us as much or as little as you are ready to share.
Tell us about the need
We listen first — the situation, the schedule, the concerns, and the goals.
Consultation and assessment
We complete an initial consultation and assessment as applicable to the services requested.
Care begins, and adapts
We develop an individualized care plan, match appropriate staff, begin services, and adjust as needs change.

You Do Not Have to Figure This Out Alone
Most people call us during a hard week. A parent has fallen. A discharge date arrived sooner than expected. A spouse has been the caregiver for two years and is running out of room to breathe.
You do not need to have it sorted out before you call. You do not need to know which service you need or what any of it is called. Tell us what is happening, and we will help you understand the options — including the ones that are not us.
For Healthcare Professionals

Our referral process is straightforward: send the referral, and our team will follow up promptly to confirm receipt, discuss the individual’s needs, and communicate whether and when we are able to accept the case.
