Questions practices ask first
If something here is unclear or your situation is not covered, a short conversation is usually faster than email.
- Do you work directly with patients?
- Anu primarily contracts with physician practices to provide RN care-management support. The practice remains responsible for the patient relationship and clinical decision-making.
- Does Anu replace our nurses?
- No. Anu is designed to supplement your existing team and provide additional RN capacity when appropriate.
- Do we have to hire an RN?
- No. Anu provides contracted RN care-management support so practices can add capacity without adding another employee.
- Do you provide CCM?
- Anu provides RN support for physician practices implementing or operating chronic-care management workflows. The practice remains responsible for applicable patient eligibility, clinical oversight, billing and program requirements.
- Does Anu bill Medicare?
- No. Anu is not the Medicare billing entity for the physician practice. The practice maintains responsibility for its applicable billing and reimbursement processes.
- Can we start small?
- Yes. Anu is designed to begin with a focused pilot and scale as the practice's needs grow.
- Who is Anu for?
- Anu is designed primarily for independent and small-to-midsize physician practices that need additional RN care-management capacity.
- Where does Anu work?
- Anu is based in South Carolina and currently focuses on physician practices in the Upstate and Greenville area, with the ability to work with practices remotely where appropriate.
- What does it cost?
- Care-management support is customized to each practice's patient population, workflow and RN support needs. Pricing is discussed directly with each practice.
